Welcome to MyCustomTent (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.mycustomtent.com, and any related services (“Services”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Use of Services

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By accessing our website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

You agree to use our Services solely for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts.

2. Orders and Payments

Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time but will honor pricing for confirmed orders.

Payment

Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Your payment information is processed securely, and we do not store your credit card details.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order, we will provide a full refund.

3. Custom Design Services

Design Approvals

Customers are required to review and approve design mockups before production begins. Approval of the mockup confirms the customer’s acceptance of the design, and production will proceed based on the approved mockup. MyCustomTent is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the final product if the customer approved the mockup as presented. By approving the mockup, you confirm that you have verified the spelling, grammar, content, layout, and other design elements. MyCustomTent will not accept liability for errors such as misspelling, grammar, damaged fonts, punctuation, transparency, overprint, improper layout, die lines, or sizing issues.

Color Accuracy and Logo Quality

• The mockup provided is our best approximation of the requested colors unless a specific color code (e.g., Pantone, HEX) is supplied by the customer. Even with specific color codes, slight variations may occur in the final product, and MyCustomTent is not liable for these discrepancies.

• If the customer provides a logo for printing, the quality of the printed logo is dependent on the quality of the file submitted. Low-resolution or improperly formatted files may result in suboptimal printing quality. MyCustomTent is not responsible for quality issues stemming from low-quality logo files provided by the customer.

Production and Delivery

Standard production and delivery timelines are displayed on our website. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

4. Refunds and Returns

Custom Products

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for custom orders unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will replace the item or provide a refund at our discretion.

5. Warranty

1-Year Canopy and Soft Case Warranty

Our standard warranty covers parts and labor for defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at MyCustomTent’s discretion.

Lifetime Hardware Warranty

Our hardware warranty covers parts and labor for defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at MyCustomTent’s discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of MyCustomTent or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyCustomTent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
